When I first met Mark, he had such a hard time sleeping there were nights he couldn’t sleep at all. We went on a journey to find herbs and nutrients that would help him sleep. Two of our noted favorites from that season are GABA and Valerian root. Both really helped him find the sleep he so needed. Lucky for us, we now have a latte to sip instead of bitter tinctures to take straight like shots.
